Climb the second wooden stairs to the third floor, where two bedrooms are connected by a hall shower, bathroom, and vanities—a perfect setup for getting ready before experiencing all Charleston has to offer.

This home is located on top of Vern’s, an award-winning, very busy restaurant. With that, there is noise to be expected. Their open hours are 5-10 PM, Thursday - Monday, with prep and shut-down happening before and after. Make sure to stop in and have a glass of wine, or try to get on their much coveted wait list!
*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
