A small desk is also available for guests who need a quiet workspace. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. Step outside to enjoy the sunshine on the spacious front porch or retreat to the peaceful backyard patio. Street parking is available, with parking passes provided for your convenience. Located directly across from the iconic Cigar Factory, The Longshoreman is an ideal choice for wedding guests and travelers looking to stay close to Charleston’s most popular venues and attractions! Permit Number: 04935 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
