------THE UNIT------ A stone’s throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. Renovated from top to bottom with style and comfort in mind. Please note there are stairs in the unit! Step into the gourmet open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and lots of natural light. From there, you can step into the spacious living room that overlooks the stunning beach, or relax on the sofa watching a show on the huge 60" Smart TV. There is a convenient powder room next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as in suite laundry and a closet with beach chairs and toys for the family to enjoy. The living room walks out onto the large balcony that faces east over the beach, roaring waves, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have large flatscreen Smart TV’s for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite, The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins. There is also a queen blow up mattress that plugs into the wall and a twin cot in the closet for additional sleeping.
