A stone’s throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, dining room, living room and a balcony laid out over 2 levels (please note there are stairs inside of the unit).
It has been upgraded and includes a 52" LCD TV, porcelain tile throughout, renovated kitchen and comes with all of the linens, towels and beach supplies you and your family would ever need.
You can watch your kids in the large oceanfront heated pool or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean all from your large private balcony. Cocoa Beach Club 206 is a perfect example of how you do not have to compromise on location and style - you can have it all!
