This lovely modern sea view Villa is in prime position on the front line of a quiet residential area on the edge of the resort of Fontane Bianche. Beautiful sea views are enjoyed from the slightly raised and covered terrace with steps leading down to the garden. To one side is the jacuzzi pool and BBQ area.
Location
Less than 20 minutes walk from the local supermarket/delicatessen and under 2 kms from the small sort of Fontane Bianche, guests will find every daily requirement practically on the doorstep. There’s a choice of swimming from the rocks in front of the Villa or a sandy beach just 1 km away. Further afield, beautiful Siracuse is 17 kms away, Noto 40 kms.

Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and beds will be made up.
Bed linen will be changed every 7 days and house towels changed every 4 days. Bedrooms and bathrooms weekly clean.
