This Luxury Villa located directly at the Adriatic Sea. It is only 80m from the beach with a phantastic view over the peninsula of Rogoznica, its bays and the open sea. The terrace and the beautiful infinity pool are facing west, so you can enjoy amazing sunsets.
The villa is built at highest standards with materials from the Croatian coast, equipped with German technology and Italian furniture - an ideal place to relax, to have fun and to enjoy the Croatian summer well as a balmy spring and season prolonging autumn!
The Luxury Villa has 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The big open kitchen is fully equipped. There are also a bar and a big dining table. Furthermore, there is the living room with a cozy sofa and two armchairs next to the warm chimney. On this floor you will also find a separate TV-room with a sofa where 2 more persons may sleep, meaning the capactity of the villa is 8+2 persons.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
