It’s less than a 15-minute walk to the golden sand of Rockaway Beach from this comfortable, two-level home. Upon your return from a day of beachcombing or boogie boarding, you’ll be greeted by a covered front porch where you can get the gas grill going for an afternoon or evening barbecue. The interior living space is open and polished, offering large windows and an airy layout that brings together the living room, the kitchen, and the dining room. In the kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances (including a French door refrigerator and a dishwasher) and an island with bar seating for three, as well as additional seating at the adjacent farm table. As the day’s swimsuits spin in the side-by-side washer/dryer, you can unwind after dinner in the living room, watching Netflix and cable favorites in the warmth of the wood-burning stove. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
