This luxury 2-bedroom apartment overlooks the ‘Ponta da Bandeira’ Fort in Lagos and is just 50 metres from ‘Potato beach’ (Praia da Batata). The original walls of the old town are right next to the apartment block. There are fantastic views out to sea from the front of the apartment and you can sit on the balcony while watching fishing boats go in and out of the harbour, as well as see tourist boats, sailing boats, etc. There are views across the bay of Lagos towards Alvor and Portimao. It is a truly spectacular location. The apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to a beach as well as a town and amenities are within a short walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. A hire car is not necessary when staying at this apartment, but if you want to hire a car to go off exploring other areas you have the benefit of free parking in the basement parking area.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
