Private special event beach retreat beautifully designed and decorated for entertaining the whole family, extended family, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, or reunions with old friends. This Panama City Beach compound is almost a quarter of an acre and is within half a block of two beach accesses. This property is unique because it spans a two-block enclosed radius, including a five-bedroom main house on one block and a one-bedroom carriage house with a kitchen, bedroom, and living room on the other block directly behind the Main House. There is plenty of off-street driveway parking at both locations. The private, fenced, large backyard will be the hub for reminiscing with loved ones and soaking up some sunshine in your saltwater pool with a gas grill and numerous lounge chairs. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
