This cute villa is located in quiet, still undiscovered Smokvina bay, just a 25 minutes drive from the crowd of Dubrovnik. Basically, It's a fully restored two floor house with 3 level cascaded surrounding area of 350 m2, including fully equipped accommodation facility, a swimming pool, two spacious terraces, outside kitchenette with barbecue, and a small fitness/yoga room with small lawn in front. The accommodation facility itself consists of two floor unit of 74 m2 housing surface, with up to 6 guests capacity. Just in front of house, there is spacious porch or a terrace dinning area, connected to the sundeck with 18 m2 swimming pool.
