An escape to this bright and open beach cottage means gorgeous ocean views, ultimate relaxation, and tons of fun for the whole family. Located just 490 feet from the Abalone Street beach access, your family will be able to sink their toes in the sand after a short walk across the Beach Road.
On the ground level, you’ll find a 2-car garage with plenty of space to store your boogie boards, fishing poles, and other beach gear. The laundry room is also on this level and there’s a convenient half-bath accessible from the garage. Outside, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off all the beach sand before coming inside.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
