It’s such a treat not only to stay in the middle of town in Telluride, but to have such fantastic amenities - including a seasonal pool that’s open in the summer and a hot tub that’s available year-round - at your fingertips. So make sure you seriously consider this condo, because you won’t regret it. Step through the double doors and be greeted by a cozy living space. The sofa is a pull-out king bed, and there’s a long, slim coffee table in front of the TV, which is just steps from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Continue toward the back of the condo to find a linen closet on your left and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet separated by a pocket door, and a vanity in another space. Turn around, and there’s the entrance to the bedroom. It’s a cozy space, but it has everything you’ll need - plus that pool! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
