This unique property stands on high ground, amidst extensive almond groves on 60,000 square metres of land all registered as an organic farm. Gifts from Mother nature include organic oranges and lemons from the grove adjoining the villa and the occasional offering of the owner of fresh eggs from his chickens, kept in a small run, hidden away amongst prickly pear trees to the side of the entrance gate.
Views from the first floor living room virtually encompass half the island, from the Tramuntana Mountains to the east, distant Formentor on the far side on the Pollenca Bay and majestic sea views to the west over Can Picafort and Alcudia.
