Dive into the lap of comfort with plush seating for four individuals, and hunker down for movie night with our LG Smart TV. 🍳 Glide into the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You’ll have all the necessities for whipping up some great meals. 🚪 Down the hallway you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed for spacious and restorative snoozing. Also off the hallway is the bathroom- complete with a spacious penny tiled shower 🌳 Step through the backdoor to an outdoor porch , shaded by the mighty oak tree, ready to be your year-round retreat. It’s a great place 📍 The location is truly the cherry on top. Just four blocks from Center Street, you’re not just close to everything—you’re practically the VIP guest of the town Walk, skip, or dance your way to Folly’s countless restaurants. You might just catch some live music at one of the island’s outdoor spots. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *Outdoor showers and spigots will be turned off from December 1st to late March to ensure pipes do not burst should we experience freezing temperatures. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 10am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
