Sleek stone countertops, open shelving, and a dining area bathed in natural light create a welcoming ambiance for culinary adventures. Prepare meals using the new appliances and savor them at the long white dining table. Retreat to the master bedroom, a serene sanctuary with a plush king-sized bed, ample storage, and an adjacent full bathroom featuring new fixtures and a relaxing bathtub/shower. Step outside to the spacious outdoor patio, where a delightful spot awaits to savor Charleston’s weather with morning coffee or evening cocktails, allowing you to embrace the city’s laid-back charm. Immerse yourself in the vibrant heart of Charleston, with renowned restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and historic sites all within walking distance. Secure your spot at The Workshop and experience the charm of yesteryear combined with modern comforts for an unforgettable stay. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
