A convenient half bath on the first floor adds extra comfort for guests.
One of the home’s standout features is its iconic double porches—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying an afternoon breeze, or unwinding in the evening while taking in the neighborhood’s charm.
Upstairs, the second floor hosts the spacious primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and a spa-like private bathroom featuring a separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom is located just down the hall. The third floor offers two inviting guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring Charleston.
For added convenience, the home includes two off-street parking spaces—a rare and valuable perk downtown—as well as an in-home washer and dryer for guest use.
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, both porches, and the two dedicated parking spaces. Your stay is further elevated with professional concierge services from Stay Duvet, ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and memorable Charleston experience.

*Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
