This is a classic Charleston Home. When you drive up to this property chances are you will say, one thing, “Wow”. The location by Saint Phillip and Morris streets is just one block over from King Street’s most desirable restaurants and nightlife that the city has to offer. You can walk to every thing. The home features original hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings on the first floor, recently updated kitchen and fabulous double porches - truly a dream. The living room and dining area is an open floor plan creating a wonderful space for large groups to enjoy one another. There is a half bath on the first floor for additional guests. On the second floor is the beautiful master suite with a king size bed and large spa like private bath with separate jacuzzi and shower. The 2nd full bath is located down the hallway of the 2nd floor. On the third floor you will find the 2nd bedroom and third bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Additionally this home offers 2 off-street parking spaces and a washer and dryer for guest use. You will have access to the entire home, both porches and 2 parking spaces. us concierge services from Stay Duvet. *Currently, commercial construction is going on across the street. Those that are sensitive to noise should consider this.* Permit Number: 05933 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
