Casa Fuego (Suite E)

Our spacious 2nd-floor condo, ‘Casa Fuego Suite E’, is ideal for groups of up to 5 guests (the sofa bed can be made available upon request) with 2 bedrooms, and 1 full bath. Located just off Spring Street, location and parking won’t be an issue here! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Suite E is on the second floor of the building, and features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. The fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware features a dining area with four seats and opens to the cozy living room with a flatscreen Roku TV. Both bedrooms are located off the living area, with 1 full bathroom in the hall. Each of these bedrooms with its own flatscreen Roku-powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials for smart TVs, so feel free to use your own during your stay. Laundry machines are also located within the unit. There is currently some construction being done 2 houses down that may cause noise during your stay. Guests will have access to the entire space along with all the appliances and amenities provided with the listing. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. You can pull two cars off the street and into a parking lot, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
