We want all of our guests to have a great time, but please note that excessive noise or amplified music is not tolerated at this property per Folly Beach ordinance. *Outdoor showers and spigots will be turned off from December 1st to late March to ensure pipes do not burst should we experience freezing temperatures. *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *Parking available on site in the carport for 4 or 5 cars maximum. Please make sure all cars are parked under the carport *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 10am)  *No amplified music (Folly Beach Rules) *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
