Welcome to Casa Verde, a calm and inviting ground floor condo tucked just off Spring Street. This peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of privacy and walkable convenience, ideal for a relaxing Charleston stay! Enter through your private entrance into an open layout that blends the dining and living areas with ease. High vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a bright, welcoming space for sharing meals, unwinding, or enjoying a quiet night in. The spacious dining table and cozy living room make it easy to settle in and feel at home. The king bedroom is thoughtfully positioned toward the back of the condo, offering a quiet place to rest with views of the shared backyard and the gentle sounds of nature. Roku enabled TVs are available throughout the space for easy streaming, with basic login credentials provided or the option to use your own accounts. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and appliances for home cooked meals, and a grill is available for guests who enjoy outdoor dining. You’ll have full access to the entire condo during your stay, along with a designated off street parking space located just across the street. Casa Verde is a comfortable, well located retreat where thoughtful details and a relaxed atmosphere come together for an enjoyable Charleston getaway! Permit Number: OP2025-06108 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable.
