Located just off of Spring Street, this renovated gem offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay in Charleston. *Please note the home next door is starting an 8 month renovation starting Jan 2025* Features: Bedrooms and Baths: Three bedrooms spread across two floors, offering privacy and comfort. Bedroom 1: Nautical-themed with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a renovated bathroom. Bedroom 2: Moroccan-inspired with a king-sized bed, futon couch, and ample closet space. Bedroom 3: Spacious with a king-sized bed and accent chair, located on the third floor. Two fully renovated bathrooms with modern fixtures and amenities. Living Room: Located on the third floor, a bright and inviting space furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Large glass dining table with seating for six, ideal for gatherings and meals. Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Open-concept kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster, and basic cooking utensils provided for your convenience. Outdoor Spaces: Lovely porch at the back of the house, providing a charming entrance. Driveway/parking lot available for easy access and convenience. Location and Parking: Conveniently located just off Spring Street, offering easy access to Charleston’s attractions. One parking space is included. Lots of room in the driveway to unload. Exclusive Access: Guests will have exclusive access to the entire second floor of the building, ensuring privacy and security during their stay. Permit Number: 04883 *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking.  *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing. While we do our best to ensure a peaceful experience, occasional noise and traffic adjustments may be unavoidable. House is being renovated next door. No large machinery and minor noise.
