With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private pool and even a private gym, Villa Elaia is set to impress for its character!
Inside, the villa has 3 bedrooms, spacious common areas and even a private gym! The lower floor houses 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, a huge family bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and, of course, the fully equipped gym. The middle floor has been dedicated to the living area, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, armchairs, 2 sofa beds and stunning panoramic windows offering great views over the surrounding area....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
