In just a few minutes guests can arrive at the Basilica of Santa Croce, an attractive and spacious piazza used since the 14th century for festivals and public spectacles. The apartment is situated on the second floor, without an elevator, and has a small terrace. It is 60 square meters, and is composed of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with shower. Decorated in a modern and eclectic way, the apartment can house up to 4 guests, and has modern appliances to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Furthermore, you’ll find independent heating, and air conditioning in the living room.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Party allowed
- City tax is €5.5 per person per day (excluding children under 12) for a maximum of 7 days
- Late check in extra fee: after 8pm €20, after 11pm €35
- For long stays (30+ days) a security deposit of 1 month's rent is required
- For long stays (30+ days) payment of utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet) is required
- Consumptions will be measured at the beginning and end of the stay to calculate the amounts
