Villa is divided into 2 floors, where the ground floor features a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a separate room with a sofa and TV for relaxing. From the open space living room, you can exit to the pool terrace equipped with sun loungers.
The swimming pool is private and heated. From the pool terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea.
The first floor of the villa consists 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony. 2 bedrooms have a stunning sea view.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
