This villa is a lovely house located in Grebastica which is a small village near cities Primosten and Sibenik. Both cities have a rich cultural heritage. Since 2000 thankfully to its exceptional values, Sibenik is under UNESCO protection. Sibenik is situated in central Dalmatia and is the place where the river Krka flows into the Adriatic sea.
This Villa can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a balcony where you can drink your first-morning coffee and enjoy the sea view. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The whole villa is air-conditioned and features a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room features a huge 3-person sofa and an exit to the pool terrace. The pool has a built-in whirlpool and electrolysis system. The pool terrace is equipped with deck chairs. Here you can also find a barbecue and outdoor dining area. Free private parking is available on site.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
