city with views of the harbour and Table Mountain. We have taken care
of every detail to make you feel at home. The suite is modern and
sleek, consisting of a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen,
spacious living area and two comfortable bedrooms. Both bedrooms have
an en suite bathroom. There is also an extra guest bathroom just off
the living area. The Wrap around balcony has lovely views and is
perfect to catch the morning or evening breeze with a coffee or glass
of wine.
De Waterkant is often described as being arty, charismatic and quaint
and is a truly special place decorated with gorgeous al fresco
restaurants, sidewalk cafés, boutique shops and bars; and is also home

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
