This Modern villa is situated in Mokošica, a quiet suburban neighborhood 10 km away from the historic Old City of Dubrovnik. Surrounded by mountains, Ombla river and Adriatic sea it is a perfect place for a peaceful holiday.
Spacious furnished terrace terrace, outdoor heated swimming pool, unheated massage tub, lovely private garden as well as BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area are at your disposal, which makes this place a perfect choice for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.
Around the private swimming pool you will find sunbeds and parasols, garden with children’s playground, furnished terrace with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area perfect for a summer dinner. Pool towels are provided.
Two boat moorings are available for guests upon request. There is a sea and land access to villa.
Ironing Facilities and safe are on guests disposal.
There are 12 bicycles available at guests’ disposal for free.
**Note: The owners live on the 1st floor. They can take you with a car to the grocery store, if needed (it’s free of charge).**
