This is modern and sleek and contemporary. Floor to ceiling windows lets in lots of sun and offers incredible mountain views. Walk right down the street to jump on ’Quittin’ Time’, a Park City Mountain Resort ski run and ski down to the Town Lift.. Luxurious outdoor Hot Tub, Gas Fireplace, Formal Dining Room. This home is on many levels with lots of stairs. It also has lovely plate glass tabletops and is not appropriate for rambunctious children. This is the private second home of Dr. & Mrs. Richard Wilson... they have appointed it with all the amenities of home... because it is their home. They have furnished it with gorgeous modern furniture and an incredible art collection.
It offers a very private setting in Old Town Park City, situated right above Historic Main Street, you can walk right down the street to ski down to the Town Lift!

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
