Nestled in the heart of Savannah’s beautiful Historic District, this two-level cottage style home is the perfect getaway for up to four guests. Guests enter independently through the lane, where they will find private access to their abode.
Use your secure, keyless entry code to access the carriage house, entering into the charming living space with original exposed brick, hand-laid tile floors, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Two additional guests can transform the living space into a bedroom with a Queen sofa sleeper. Off the living room you’ll find the bright and sunny kitchen, fully-equipped with every cooking essential, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops! Additionally on the first floor, you’ll find a powder room tucked away off of the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
