This beautiful 5th-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches & the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in this classy vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to cook and prepare a hearty meal. In the dining area, there is a table that will seat six and there are a TV and a DVD player in each bedroom and in the living room as well. In the master bedroom, you will find large windows so you enjoy the view of the beautiful Emerald Coast. The master bedroom consists of a king bed with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and will utilize the bathroom in the hallway. The living room is fully furnished and the couch has a queen size sofa bed for extra sleeping. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
