The main entrance will lead you to the main living space of the home right on the second floor. As soon as you enter, a bright open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area will greet you. Unwind in the living room by the gas fireplace while reading a good book or browsing on your phone using the free WiFi available. You can easily find great nearby restaurants or things to do during your stay. Right off the living area is the large, furnished deck. It comes equipped with a convenient picnic table so you and your friends can enjoy your meals al fresco if the weather permits. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
