This beautiful and fully-renovated three-bedroom home has amazing views of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, a private covered patio with a hammock swing, and even a private beach just off to the side! Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious living room with high vaulted ceilings, a large flatscreen cable TV, and beautiful wall art. The full kitchen has all the appliances and cookware the family chef will need. Serving your guests will be easy, as this home enjoys a large wooden dining table with seating for eight, plus an additional dining room for the kids to have all to themselves. Everyone can escape to the garage to play a few hands at the poker table after dinner. Off to the side, the primary bedroom enjoys a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with bunks, and a shared bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy your first cup of coffee on the private dock while the world wakes up...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
