This beautiful oceanside retreat is a great addition to our rental family! It has everything your family needs to make great vacation memories. Sunshine is located on a private, non-through street and sits on a half-acre, wooded lot with a quiet and secluded poolside setting while still offering ocean views. At nearly 4000 square feet, there is more than enough space for your family to spread out, yet plenty of room to be together. Enjoy a short, direct walk to the private beach access onto one of Corolla’s nicest beaches. Sunshine is conveniently located near shopping in historic Corolla Village, and also within walking distance of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the Whalehead Club. Once you experience Sunshine Corolla Village, you’ll want to return year after year! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
