These six rooms are all located on the lower floor of the Sea Treasures Inn, offering families and large groups a unique chance to share the experience of Rockaway Beach. Some condos have a full kitchen so guests can cook meals for themselves, and every one of them has access to cable on the flatscreen TVs. Even your four-legged friends can come along for the adventure - this complex is dog-friendly. What’s nearby: Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and take a trip down to Garibaldi - the platform is less than a quarter-mile away! Guests will find miles of beach to explore in either direction. Public beach access is just two blocks from the motel, at the west end of N 3rd Avenue. Head east to Highway 101 to find plenty of shops (including thrift stores!) to explore and numerous dining options. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
