There will be no compromising any comforts of home here, as this five-bedroom home features a three-level layout, multiple decks, a loft, and a private hot tub! On the ground floor, you will find a game room complete with pool and foosball as well as a master suite complete with a king bed and a bathroom with a clawed tub. On the main level, there is a king bedroom with a jetted tub in the bathroom. The upper-level sports two queen bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom. Extra sleeping options are located in a loft area above the garage that can be accessed via a catwalk corridor! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
