Located in the quiet community of Lost Key, this newly built, pet-friendly townhome offers three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Even Rover will have his own space in a large dog kennel in the home. The main living area is on the second floor of the townhome, and the covered balcony offers views of the Gulf of Mexico across the street. The garage downstairs is available for guest use, and a propane grill makes for easy preparation of meals along with the fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms are on the third floor of the home, and the two guest rooms get views of the Gulf as well. Each bedroom offers smart televisions for streaming. Plenty of space for the kids with the full over full bunk and twin trundle. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
