This amazingly remodeled (as of spring 2019) second floor villa features new touches from top to bottom. The plank flooring, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms are all new for guests!
As you walk up the staircase, you’re greeted with bright, coastal colors and an open floor plan. The living area comfortably seats five and features a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The dining area which is open to the living room features seating for six with an additional two barstools at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a unique tile backsplash, new cabinetry and plenty of storage space. The guests of this lovely townhome located in Shipyard Plantation has access to resort features such as a shared pool, golf on-site, and tennis.
