This 2,100-square-foot woodland retreat is located inside the gated Pine Mountain Lake Community, 25 miles from the Yosemite entrance, and near various Gold Country attractions and historic towns. Drive five minutes to one of three lake beaches at Pine Mountain Lake. With a Championship Golf Course, tennis courts, a playground, horseback riding, fishing, swimming, and a marina with (seasonal) watercraft rentals, this home is a perfect vacation getaway with plenty to do.
Sip your morning coffee or spark up a barbeque on the private back deck overlooking the pines. The main entrance is located on this upper level, along with the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Downstairs, enjoy some friendly competition in the game room. Pack light, a washer/dryer is located just outside the kitchen door.
There is so much to do and explore! Visit cafés and gift shops in Historic Groveland, and enjoy a variety of restaurants in town or enjoy the Gold Country Towns of Sonora, Columbia, and Jamestown. Within a short drive, you can access the beautiful Don Pedro Reservoir. Seasonal snow sports are located at Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort. Also, the historic and breathtaking Hetch Hetchy Reservoir is nestled in Yosemite National Park.
