Oceanfront villa just remodeled, steps from the beach, sizable pool, and hot tub!
Pristine, comfy condo lets you go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Scenic ocean views from every room and balcony. This oceanfront villa has two sides accessible through separate doors. The A side includes fully equipped kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV and queen-size sleeper sofa, and a master bedroom with a king-size bed. Flatscreen, vanity, and private bathroom with tiled, walk-in shower. The B side of the villa includes a guest bedroom with two full-size beds and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV.
On the ground floor, you’ll find many amenities, including a seasonally heated pool, plenty of lounge chairs, hot tub, and baby pool as well as outdoor grills, fitness center, indoor pool, a picnic deck, and a private boardwalk to the beach. A short walk to the Fazio golf course and tennis courts.
The Villamare condo community is known for its luxuriant and beautifully kept landscaping. Part of the Palmetto Dunes Plantation of Hilton Head Island, the development is walkable and has meandering bike paths as well. You’ll be mid-island, close to golf, tennis, pickleball, theater, and excellent restaurants. Boutiques, cafes, bars, and nightclubs are all near Villamare.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
