Located across from the Sonesta Resort hotel in Shipyard Plantation and right next to the path leading to the beach, these villas are just a short walk to the Van der Meer Tennis Center and the many bike trails. As you walk through the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan with lots of natural light and wood floors throughout. All appliances are brand-new, as is the HVAC system. The living room is comfortably furnished and features a TV, sofa bed, and two chairs. The dining area features seating, and additional barstools are at the kitchen bar. The renovated kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker. The bedrooms offer TVs, and the primary has a private bathroom with two vanity areas and an impressive tiled walk-in shower.
