In the common area of the third-floor condo, bright and airy colors and comfortable living space surround you. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers sleek appliances. bar stools at the two-tiered counter, along with the dining area seating, offers plenty of room for everyone. The living room has plush sofas with views to the beaches of Perdido Key below and is centered around a large TV, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the area. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the main bedroom and has seating to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Emerald Coast. The main bedroom has a TV. An en suite bathroom offers a large vanity, a large walk-in shower, and whirlpool tub. In-home laundry is another great amenity. Towels and linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
