Beach House 402A is a family-friendly beach retreat that has been recently updated with an upscale Floridian decor, features king-size beds in both bedrooms, a large private balcony with a fabulous Gulf-front view, and has three TVs and three DVDs. This beautiful retreat has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and countertops and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has new comfortable furnishings with two swivel chairs and a queen sofa bed. The main bedroom has a cozy beach decor with nice off-white furniture and a comfortable king bed. The guest bedroom has a king bed and a nice beach cottage feel. This beach abode was recently painted, has new tiled floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a new washer/dryer. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
