Follow the sun to Avon’s oceanfront 18 unit Islander Condominium site. The condos are located within easy walking distance to the Avon Fishing Pier, many restaurants, and Club Hatteras. There is also supermarket access minutes down the street. All units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck. The combination living, dining, and kitchen areas are well furnished, spacious and comfortable to provide you the necessities while you enjoy your stay in Avon. All units have furnished covered decks for that great afternoon nap. Community amenities include a private pool and private boardwalk to one of the best beaches in the outer banks. Come to the Island for your vacation. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
