There is an open floor plan through the kitchen, dining room, and living room, so it’s easy to socialize with your group. The vintage ski memorabilia offers a lot of charm. What’s nearby: In the summer, enjoy the outdoor concerts right in the Village Green or hiking trails, mountain biking, and kayaking or swimming at Buttermilk Falls. The Jackson Gore Adventure Zone has golf, mini-golf, a timber coaster, and everything else from a bouncy castle to zip lines. In the winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
