You’ll have two carports, an under-house entry, two outside showers, an oceanfront pool, a gas grill, and a convenient beach boardwalk. A huge game room with a 50-inch TV, an eight-foot pool table, warm furnishings, a mini granite kitchen, a half bath, and an elevator, opens to the furnished deck. The first bedroom has two bunks. On level two, the oceanfront den has a TV. Oceanfront second bedroom and bedroom five are main bedrooms with deck access and large, walk-in, tiled showers. The third bedroom has deck access. The oceanfront fourth bedroom has deck access. The large laundry room has two washers and two dryers. The third story great room has high ceilings, a half bath, upscale resort furnishings, a 50-inch TV and a DVD player, plus a home theater and DVD library. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
