You’ll be right at home on your vacation! 32 Seaside Drive is a huge, lightly rented single-family home on a quiet and beautiful tree-lined street in Sunset Island. This home’s interior has been recently renovated and is just steps from the private walking/bike path that encircles the island and less than a block from a private bayfront beach (one of the three private beaches in Sunset Island). Put your feet up and relax while you’re here! Guests can enjoy two furnished balconies (with partial bay views) for outside relaxation, plus plenty of room inside for gathering with the whole family. A spacious dining room table with a full kitchen (with granite and high-end appliances) that includes a big center island makes mealtimes easy. This home has an outdoor shower and parking for three cars (one in the garage, two on the driveway). This is a home you will want to visit year after year! Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
