This cozy house has a lot of room inside and there is plenty of open space and a nice wooded backdrop to enjoy outdoors. Inside, you will find all of the modern conveniences you would expect, including a full kitchen, flatscreen TV, and a video game system to keep the kids busy. The house is also child-friendly, with baby gates and a high chair. What’s nearby: Netarts has a few dining options a short drive away, and The Schooner is a local favorite. There are a couple of convenience stores close by for necessities. Happy Camp beach at the north end of town is a great spot for crabbing, or you might venture to Netarts Bay during low tide and do a little clamming. Tillamook is a 15-minute drive to the east where you can find all major shopping. Things to know: Full kitchen with dishwasher Free WiFi Dogs welcome There is ample parking. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
