This cozy, recently remodeled cabin just east of Waldport is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. Featuring a private dock on the Alsea River and easy access to amazing fishing, this home is an ideal place to stay if you’re craving a trip away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. When you stay in this home you will be eight miles east of Waldport, so you will enjoy the serenity of nature while still being near enough to the amenities of town. You won’t even have to leave your yard to go fishing in the Alsea River, though within a 20-minute drive are great beaches, tide pools, restaurants, and areas for crabbing and clamming. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin has just enough space to sleep three people. Step into the spacious living area and you will immediately notice the large windows that allow a view of the spectacular river. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
