The Home
This spacious, well-appointed Vanderhorst Plantation home has a sunroom, deck, and a new private pool that can be heated (for an additional fee) that allows you to enjoy the outdoors and take in the views of the lagoon behind the house. This home has hardwood floors, granite counters, and painted cabinets within an upscale full kitchen on the first floor. There is an extra refrigerator in the office area, the perfect place to store cold drinks for the warm weather! The home has recently been renovated with a new couch, chairs, sunroom furniture, and grill and is just a short walk or bike ride (about 700 yards) to the beach, which is virtually around the corner. When you enter the home and take the staircase on your left to the second story, you’ll find four bedrooms. Taking two immediate lefts at the top of the stairs will bring you to a bedroom with a flatscreen TV. From there, just down a short hall is a bedroom with a flatscreen TV...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
