It’s one of six units in the Hidden Villa Cottages, a small vacation community arranged around a charming central courtyard with a lovely water feature. This rental also has a gas fireplace and cable. What’s nearby: The group of cottages is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, but still close to all the biggest hits of Cannon Beach: stunning Haystack Rock, delicious Sweet Basil’s Cafe, and numerous boutiques and galleries. Ecola State Park is less than two miles north for challenging hikes, and public laundry facilities are available at Cannon Beach RV Resort, about a half-mile away. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
